Seeking Advice on Ducts for SpacePak

I'm going to have a SpacePak system installed in my house (in Chicago) and the vendor has given me an upgrade option on the ducts. I can go with the standard insulated ducts or I can upgrade to commercial grade self-sealing gasketed main plenum ducts. The contractor says that the commercial grade ducts will reduce air leak and provide more insulation than conventional duct work.

Is it worth it to upgrade to the commercial grade option?

If he seals the standard duct right, it shouldn't leak any more then his commercial grade.
