    Portable AC During Winter

So I live in a building where management controls the heat levels of the apartments. Fortunately, utilities are also included in the rent, so there's no extra charge for running fans and such.

I am wondering, is it damaging to a portable air conditioning unit to run it during the winter? I understand not running a window AC unit due to freeze ups, but since the AC is inside and just sends out exhaust, are there any problems doing this?

    Thanks

No, it won't get damaged. It will be like running an outside unit in the spring and fall.

    If thinking was easy,
    everyone would do it!
