    Fresh coarse ground chuck. Ground my own roasts so I could assure there was no cartlege, etc. There was a real coarse plate for my grinder, so I used it. I had a couple of old buffalo steaks, so I ground them in too.
    My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.
