    Call them in a few months and ask them if they need a quote to fix their airflow issues.

    What kind of unit is that inside? I can't tell from the pictures.

    This guy has no formal training in HVAC but has installed hundreds of systems around here. Alot of the big builders love him. But that stuf has slowed down, he's downsized considerably and is trying to worm his way into our market. It's Carrier BTW. last year he was "honored" as the largest dealer in our area. Right.
    This builder has a project we just completed. The home owner insisted on us. Hope the builder can see the contrast. Somehow I doubt it.

    What a shame, The home owner has no chance of enjoying comfort, full capacity or effieciency, but has a lot of future problems to look forward to. All because someone wanted to save money on the install. It will cost them so much in the long run.
