    Miller CMF-80PO

    hi guys its me again i found out my miller CMF-80PO furnace is made in 1989 and installed in my manfactured home in 1990 its matianed to the t yearly and its going on 20 years old what is the avrage expected life span of this unit when its taken care of accourding to the makers directions ?
    also what avantges if any would i get from changeing it to the new miller 90% effi version of it?
