    I had a new tech come look at my system and he was shocked with the pipe to the airhandler. Told me to have the installer come out and fix it ASAP. I then called the installer to come over and fix the pipe. He said he was coming saturday morning to fix it.

    The 2 copper pipes are crossing over the cover and their is no way for me to take it off to get the serial # of the coil to register my warranty.

    I will let you guys know what happens.

    Am i allowed to post pics of what I am talking about?

    you shouldn't need a coil serial number for your warranty if you have an air handler. the coil serial number for the warranty card only applies if you have a separate coil installed above a gas furnace.
