converting a Armstrong Ultra Sx 95 from propane to NG ?

What's involved in converting a Armstrong Ultra Sx 95 upflow 2 stage variable speed furnace to natural gas from propane ? It appears that the unit
was originally a natural gas unit, and was converted to propane. There is a sticker on the side of the furnace with a kit# used to convert it to propane.

Does it involve replacing the heat exchanger or is it more of a valve or gas jet type of thing ? Big deal or small deal...I'm not contemplating doing this myself...just want to be an informed consumer.

    Thanks for your knowledge !

Usually not a big deal. Gas valve, maybe some piping modificatins and a regulator change.

Not a big deal with the right tools.

Any competent contractor can do it.

No you dont have to change the heat exchanger. Pretty easy for a pro to do. pretty easy for a home owner to blow up his house to save a couple of bucks.
