0-10 vdc actuator with a 4-20 ma output

Hey everyone I just replaced a bad valve and actuator with a new one and purchased a 0-10 vdc actuator (Siemens ssb61u) and planned on changing the output on the computer to 0-10 vdc but found out my w7760a controller is preset with a 4-20 ma signal i cant change. Siemens don't make a 4-20 ma actuator to fit my powermite 599 valve. Is there a way to change the signal with a resistor or another actuator that will work
