they were both 10 seer coils, my house is only 1300 sq.ft so not that big single story. i also think that with the info you guys provided they did want to send out someone (and inform them) that I had an idea of how it was supposed to be installed, after explaining in technical terms what was wrong and what caused it. both me and the company seem to be happy here, outdoor unit still covered under warranty (no labor
) and everything indoors cover parts and labor for 5 years, along with the regular waranty that comes with the unit 20/5. So in the end got the work that needed to be done, can be replaced much easier now if I need to.
But with the proper installation and maintenance, there should be much less problems with this unit.

glad to see the company stepped up and did the right thing.
