    Didn't get the job.

    Went back the day after these were installed for the quarterly PM. We bid on them to replace 5 trane units but someone else got the job. Found multiple issues. Told the MGR the install was not complete. She was shocked.

    No p-traps on these units. The ducts were not all sealed. The liquid-tite is called liquid-tite for a reason. The press. reg. on one of the units was leaking LP gas. I could smell it standing next to the unit.

    They left the seal-tite short for drainage......

    Thumbs down Cheaper than Dirt~ Hacker special.

    You can only hope that it rains soon, then they will have a mess,can't beleive they didn't seal them and water tends to puddle next to building were that ductwork is cut in. I usally put a L to help let the rain water drain off plenums.
