Carrier Inifinity System

My thermostat for my carrier infinity system is displaying "System Malfunction Call Technician". I held the side button for 3 seconds to see what the code was.

It displayed:

76 - Low Stage Repeat
No Start
255 Events Active

I just bought this house. The previous homeowners had a technician come to the house because this problem was mentioned in the home inspection. I have the paperwork from the technician who came to the house. I says he cleaned the coils, cleared the drain, removed dirt from filter grill.

However, the thermostat keeps displaying this message every 24 hours. Any ideas what I should do?

You should call a CFAD- Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer they will be able to see the fault history........not really much you can do and it would be guesswork from here, The infinity is a great unit and if installed and commissioned properly you will be happy with it
