    33 is also the year prohibition ended, the year Hilter's Nazi Party came to power and is also the highest degree in Freemasonry. It is a common valediction used by white sumpremeicist groups.

    33 is a number of some signifigance in mathematics as well as being a "master number" in numerology.

    What does all this add up to in the case of the beer in question?

    A stroke of marketing genius, thats what. 69 years later.....we're all still sitting around staring at the bottles and thinking deply about it.
