Flex Questions

I just had an AC/HP system installed whereby flex ducts were installed in my 4' crawlspace. The crawlspace is a poured concrete floor and cinderblock walls. I notice that there are some instances where the flex ducts cross over top of each other (and touch)? Is this OK? Also noticed one duct is kinked by about 30 degrees to get over a PVC pipe. Is this OK. Airflow seems to be OK into and out of all my grills, but I thought I would ask anyway. I'm not sure how this situation could have been avoided, but still seems a bit odd to me.

If the room to room temprtatures are all close then it's likely okay.
