    Another Philly 2

    Fine, but what if you don't live within 2000 miles of the sandwich?
    My wife used to get these when she was at Ft. Dix NJ and out of the blue she brought home a frozen version. It's made by Fast Fixin and is called Philly Beef Steak. Cooks up fast.
    I'm not going to say it's as good as the real thing but it's not bad.

    So maybe if you find yourself way far away from one this might get you through the withdrawals.

    Is it a slab steak??
    Chop that bad boy up, Throw in some onions and fry em, Green peppers, Good cheese, Amercian or cheez-wiz. Get a good roll, a good roll makes the sandwhich.. maybe some pickles.. im going to go get one now
    I have had some good frozen ones, It depends on what you add and how you do it.

    Jersey steak - that was funny. Could be worse - could be from Baltimore. At least Jersey gets half-decent rolls. Our rolls suck here.
