Interesting. I didn't know about the Dave Lennox Premier dealer. Ya'll didn't tell me about that. lol Was that a secret?

I do know the fact also that they got me the part when I was told by Lennox my warranty expired. Instead of me waiting on proof of installation from the city, they somehow got it for me anyhow when they weren't even sure it was under warranty. That saved me big time. They also had to very lowest installation quote. It was very low comparted to others. They also that day came to my house to look at my unit. The part has been ordered and as soon as it comes in, they will install.

I got no complaints and I think their customer service is way beyond the norm. I've been bragging about them to everyone.

Does it really help them if I pay cash? I will if they would prefer. I will also bake them some chocolate chip cookies.

Not unless they decide to wipe the invoice off the records to avoid taxes. They don't sound like that kind of company. Now a check is better than a credit card. Credit cards cost them a couple percentage points of the transaction. Checks cost nothing. In fact, most businessmen prefer checks. Carrying an unnecessarily large wad of cash around is only fun for gangsters and posers.

Yeah, I forget about bad customers some times. In the nearly 5 years of being on my own, I've never had a customer stiff me. I'm sure it's coming. Funny thing, the only entity to ever stiff me was Trane. You can't stop 'em, and you can't make them pay legit warranty claims either.
