Pork Butt
I have a pork butt that I am going to make barbecue with today. What is a good way to fix this. I was going to put it in a big pot of beer and a couple of sliced onions and cook it for three hours, then let it cool then pull it then smoke it for 30 minuets or so.

It was good! I was out of Franks red hot and was in no condition to drive but other than that it was good.

I just picked up a few butts from the store, $ .79 a lb, if I'm lucky they will be in the smoker this weekend,
but for the future check out this site for some instructions,

Get on E-Bay and buy

It teaches you all there is to know to understand smoking. My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

I'm gonna have to get that book. I've looked for it in stores and at the library with no luck.
