    Good investment

Lately there has been alot of talk about cracked heat exchangers and inspection scope with monitor screen. Get what one cause it pays for itself. Example today went on a no heat call had it scheduled for monday but ended up going today 15 year old Lennox 80% furnace. They had a HVAC contractor out twice within days of each other and problem would not go away so they called me. I thought I sorta new what was wrong in my head before I got there. Got to HO house went to furnace she told me what other contractor did replaced control module and flame sensor is what she said they did. I turned on furnace as she was talking to me said she had to reset red switch inside furnace. I asked what red switch and she pointed straight to flame roll out switch. Told her that was not good said other company knew she had to do that and never said nothing told her if it happened again to just reset it and call back in. After several times resetting it she called me not them. After burners would come on then blower would come on flames starting rolling out of HX took my testo inspection scope out with monitor and bam there it was 1/4 gap about a foot long in back of HX shut them down told them sorry cannot use furnace until fixed and I am replacing furnace on Monday. Another reason for inspection scopes are needed if you don't have one get it now.

You don't need a scope in Houston we have such short winters and folks think you never have to change your furnace here, so when we get to a job were there thinking of changing the furnace well the HX is laying down on the bottom of the furnace. I use to carry Ray Charles with me but it got to easy for him to even see the cracks on the ones we service.

I bought my Testo 360 in November it broke mailed it for warranty replacment before Christmas and still have not received my new one.

I won't be buying any more Testo tools. They told me a month ago that they were back logged because the scope was so succesfull they could not make them fast enough. He said as soon as they caught up they would send mine out in two weeks. I asked why since I had already purchased one and it had failed I was not in the front of the line; no answer.

I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYMORE TESTO PODUCTS!!!!
