Only an air flow problem? I would think there could also be a problem with gas input from the condition of the tubes

Anyone ever inspected an heat exchanger years later after it had been combustion analysis tuned? Was it cracked or still like new?

I'm seeing more and more of the Rheem in shot heat exchanger tube failures. Most customers opt to get a new furnace instead of replacing the heat exchanger. I want to personally thank Rheem for the future work.
