Air handler and whole house humidifier

I am getting a new heat pump and air handler made by carrier. I have allergies . The dealer in my area recommended an april aire model 2410 air cleaner and an April aire whole house humidifier. Your view on these April Aire products.

What is your location? How about fresh air ventilation for when the wind is not blowing?
To max the indoor air quality, you need a fresh air change in 4-5 hours, +35%RH in the winter and <50%RH the rest of the , and a good air filter. You are on the right track.

Bear Rules: Keep our home <50% RH summer, controls mites/mold and very comfortable.
Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"
