Help for Empire Space Heater (gas)

Have only been in the business for 3 yrs. and majority of it has been in commercial install. I have a problem with the space heater in my home. The burner flame is extremely higher in the first 3 or 4 inches than the rest of it. I was told to remove it and make sure it was clean and not plugged up. After that was done it still continues. The heater is only a little over 2 yrs. old and kept very clean. I know of another person with the same problem. Anyone out there have any suggestions. Thanks.

No offense meant but if you're a commercial installer, you'd probably be best served by either getting one of your companies service techs to help or call in an outside professional. You need service tools and experience to troubleshhot that problem safely so I'd recommend getting someone familiar with troubleshooting those issues.
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.

If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!

Technical issues can not be discussed in the open forum. If you are a professional in the HVAC industry you need to apply for pro membership. Once approved this can be discussed in pro forums.
