New Tracker panel cable

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me the Trane part number for the cable to hook up my laptop to the new Tracker panel ???

I have the Tracker software but have lost my cable.

If you have a LAN connection on your Tracker Panel, Assuming it is the New Tracker 12 or 24 you can give it a Fake IP address and connect using Ethernet, with out buying a cable. Use a crossover.
Go to advanced on the touch display and set up the LAN settings, disable the DHCP, and use any valid IP, like 192.168.1.100, then open you soft ware and make a new connection using the ethernet.
