    sniffers

can anyone recommend a good natural gas sniffer, priced mid range. There might be a gas leak at one of our local schools and need a good hand held indoor outdoor sniffer

Call the gas company. They like finding your leaks.

the problem with the gas company is if they think it might be a leak they will shut down the school. I need a indoor outdoor gas analyzer cause I dont know if there is a leak and need a good gas detector to narrow down where if any it might be.

There are plenty of decent sniffers on the market probably in your price range, one important extra, have a bottle of bubbles with you when seeking. The sniffer will get you in the area, the bubbles will get you on the spot.

so let me see if i got this right, if there is a leak, lets take a chance with the students getting blown up?

or did you mean something else?

Yeah, I want to risk lives of children to make my job easier. Get a clue. This has been a issue before I started working for the school. I would like to just confirm that it is not a gas leak. There are fields, ponds and a oil refinery within 5 miles of this school, but try to convince peranoid teachers of this, and almost every year its a new teacher, politics. Im looking for help.
