    air would still blow thru coil the same way, coil is being spun 90deg so lines come out the side instead of front. top of coil is still the top.

    did on my own unit although coil was uncased Furnace Gibson 80,000 BTU 92% 21" wide x 19" deep. ADP coil 18" wide x 20" deep/
    Mounted coil with connections coming out right side. Did this 8 years ago and no problems since
