I tried ACCA and there is one contractor within 25 miles. They are 24 miles away so made the screen by a mile. When I try within 50 miles I get 5 total. And that was including commercial, IAQ, heating, ac, and residential/commercial.
I am certainly going to continue until I sort it out. The hvac system is next on the list of big projects for the house. My original schedule was for sometime this past fall, the current plan is for March, before it gets too hot.
