A bit late,but this was t-day,going to do another this weekend.Butter rubbed inside skin,butter brushed every.30,done in 2.5hr.(13lb)

Yea,I guess i missed the good stuff - mesquite wood chips soaked in beer-garlic & parsley rub.

Ya the skin is like turkey tator chips,didnt get to grill the one this weekend,to many no heat calls,had to cook it in the oven
