    Belimo LM24-M Actuators

Who can provide me with a location where I can purchase 50-60 of these actuators, used on the various VAV controllers?

And if not a location, can you yourselves provide me the actuators? It seems since they're "OEM" Belimo actuators, Belimo doesn't make them available to those of us servicing these different control systems.

Any one else have the same problem?

Pretty sure you can order them off their website. It may be different part #, either way you can get them regardless.

These actuators are different from their standard product offering in that they use two wires (+ and -) rather than the three wire floating control offered by Belimo (I assume that's your dilemma). Can you reconfigure the VAV controller to use an outside actuator instead of the internal one? Even though the controller comes with the integral actuator, some programs will let change it to an external actuator. Then you could use an LM-24-T or something else. Is that a possibility?

I stand corrected, didn't think Belimo would play these games. Even as a dealer of a OEM that uses these they won't sell them, WTF.

Ditto with the above suggestion. Try setting it up for external outputs and use the LM24-3.

Why do you need so many? I haven't replaced 5 yet, let alone 50!

    Belimo Actuators

You can buy these from a distributor. www.kele.com has them.

Sorry about that. I would definitely recommending calling Kele to see if they can special order. They have special ordered stuff from Belimo for me before.

BELIMO do not even list the LM24-M on their website , they have the the LM24 - M FT ( multi function ) and thats being replaced by the LMX24-MFT

However there are 15 BELIMO LM24-M's listed on Ebay from woodstock GA , closes on Jan 17/08

I think I remember them being used on some Novar VAV controllers as well.

    Novar
    Circon
    ALC
    Distech
    Walker Systems
    Techon
    And more I’m sure…..

All use this actuator on their VAV controllers, which also look identical.

I heard a rumor that Belimo developed the case and actuator for the OEMs to use for this application. Looking at all these makes me think there is something to it. You would think with all these OEMs using the damm thing, getting them would be easy.
