I have been on hold with customer service for 30 minutes with the phone on speaker. When they finally picked up I pushed the flash button instead of speaker and hung up on them. Crap !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
