    nice lineset

was called to this brand new duplex this past summer for a no AC call. Units were installed by another contractor, builder was upset with them and wouldn't have them back out, all I did was hook up low voltage control wiring.
I had to laugh at this one though...nice work..

Geeeee, I wonder why the builder was upset with them.

If that lineset is any indication of the quality of work they do.

My work firewall will not let me look at the lineset pictures. A message comes up warning of pornography.

How exactly are the linesets being used?

    Angry It's the economy, stupid

All he needed was one 45 on the suction and a coulping on the liquid line and he'd be all set. But then again, with the price of copper being so cheap what the heck, use all those fittings up. It's good for the economy.

    Cool

Looks like a (to order size lineset) with a fixed or fabbed bent end on it. Looks like they did not cut it off and used a fitting to make a direction to the valve.
It looks like a uneedable Oil Trap.

Yeah and further note: If you are wearing Safeway Sliders make sure you don't inadvertently take a picture of yourself and post it on a HVAC web site.

yes it is, my respect for you just went from squat to squat and a half.........just kidding, thats is what ive noticed in this site is that if you are not careful you will either be judged or in rare cases complimented for your van organization, tool, or tool bag that comes out in the background.

I was called out to an old church on an a/c unit several years ago they said hit jus need a little juice. head pressure 350 suction 20 condenser clean went inside to check txv and there was none liquid line frosty. crawled under church to find 60 feet of liquid line pinched about every 6 inches to act as a cap tube. one of the members had bought the unit at a yard sale and installed it him self. I gave them a new a coil I had laying around and just charged then for new copper and gas.
