uv rectifier
i have a honeywell primary control ( UV rectification).
M# R7249A
4 second response
D.C. micro amps 3.5 steady
The problem is it's bad and average cost is $850.00. Is there another, less expensive, replacement part? The card comes off of a Honeywell control TYPE
R4140L with a base plate R4140GLMJR 4140G.H.LM or R4150ABCEJK. Its a power flame burner M#CR3-G-25 S# 118947147 and its on a Johnson Air-Rotation unit M# AR-1053P-10-MG S# K29-8964-7 natural gas unit.

I have the same problem at work still have 3 more relay modules to replace for a total on my end of 6 bad and another co-worker had 2 and more to follow i think it's internal surge protecter goes bad and thus there goes the whole control only other thing u could do is convert it over.I beleive there has to be a problem on honeywells end if anyone else reads this post and has had problems with this Uv system i'd like to know. But good luck to you

Slimwood i would agree with that its usually the amp. or purge card but in this instant i as well as others are coming across completely bad relays all together.Put new purge cards and amp cards and same results and all the ones going bad are all around the same time installed.
