May or may not have happened. But when someone or a group offers a large sum of money if someone can prove a negative, it is usually a hoax on the level of those Nigerian money scams.
"...and especially not Israel..." Why "especially"? Sounds like someone has it out for Israel. Makes me not believe the whole story.No reserve. No retreat. No regrets.

Click on the picture of the ship, and see the obvious American flag. Sorry I dont buy a mistake. Anyone familiar with procedures knows that before any attack on a vessel, F.F identification is a must.
