A new Goodman heat pump (GSH14) with a ARUF 374316 air handler seem to putout more cold air then the old Goodman system when the blower comes on.
Tear out that POS and start over.

FYI I am a tech on refrigerated compressed air dryers and do not normally deal with home HVAC
I have the exact same heat pump and air handler.
Last night, it was 28 degrees outside. I measured 90.1 degrees directly after the coil in the air handler after the system had run for an hour. The heat pump had not gone into defrost yet.
The Expanded Heating Data in Goodman's Product Specs calls for a 23.4 delta T when it is 30 degrees outside.
There is a Time Delay Relay of 7 seconds from the start of the compressor to the start of the blower fan.
