    NAE IP Address ????????

    Is there a procedure for dumping the IP address set in an NAE. Customer computer is fried and they do not know the IP of the NAE.

    Yes, You connect to the NAE with a null modem cable restart the NAE it will give you the currect IP. I have never done this, but I have seen it done.

    It may be easer to just guess. DHCP or Static?

    NAE IP Address

    You need to make sure you have an ethernet cable plugged in at the same tim during the reboot or you'll get all Zeros. If you have access to IP Tracker(a johnson utility) you could use that with an ethernet cable alone. Let me Know.
