    shouild i call my installer

    i have a goodman heatpump and a goodman gas furnace with a fossil fuel kit. when the temp outside gets below my the temp i have my my heatpump to turn off. the tstat calls for heat only the furnace fan comes on no gas for about 20 or 30 minutes then the gas comes on is that normal?

    Should be minor but without seeing, pretty hard for us to tell you how to wire it. Besides, the rules say we can't help you with wiring.

    im not asking how to fix it im asking if that is normal or should i call someone out

    Call your installer,it's not normal.
