    another cap tube question

I am replacing a 96" cap tube at .049". I have .040" and .052". How long do I cut the new cap tubes.

Is there a calculator on the internet to determine this like the Supco handheld calculator? (All I find are equivelent tables that don't include the above situation)

Chart doesn't include my cap tube sizes. .040 and .049. I can work with the reciprocal and get an equivelent size though. I guess that would work.
