    TCS Basys Controls

I went on a site today that is using Ubiquity building management software and TCS Basys Controls

Our HVAC suppliers do not supply any of this.I know Basys has a website
but this must be an extremely proprietary system.
Is it any good compared to the familiar names?

They also have two N-31's that they want to put on their intranet

I know the -31 supports DNS and can be reassigned an IP address by their administrator but
wouldn't you still need to access it with Procomm Plus even if you are doing it over the Internet?

Ubiquity is Basys' attempt at central control and monitoring. They claim to be able to maximize energy savings and provide pro-active notice of issues. What Basys controller do you have? Is it dial-up (Q2020) or Ethernet (QD2020ie)?
As far as the N-31s, just use your laptop or a site computer and go in through IE. You will probably have to set the IP Address, SubNet Mask and DNS in Tools menu, Internet Options of IE to see the N-31s.

    Good Luck
