    Temperature data

I am trying to calculate the cost of various supplement heat sources - both up front and ongoing and need to determine the amount of time that supplemental heat will be needed. Can any one point me to a source of historical temp data that will tell me the average number of hours, at certain temps, for my geographic area?

    Many thanks.

Thanks but that doesn't really give me what I am looking for. I would like data on how many hours my area is at a certain temp, such as 22*, and on down to about 5*. With that info, I can calculate how many hours my home will require supplement heat. Then I calculate the cost of providing that heat with various fuel sources.

I thought I had seen someone ask a similar question a while back and received a link or the actual data.
