    Arizona School Job

We lost the first phase of unit replacements last year for the local school district and we were called out this past week for the next phase. Boy was I surprised when I got to the roof!

So I leave heading down the road shaking my head when i look up and see this job on the main highway
    This industry is embarrassing!

That's just nasty. I thought most school districts were pretty good about inspecting what they spend your money on.

They should have to re-do it or refund the money. That screw holding that up will shear off. Using jack stands would have somehow been more professional.

Did you ask them why they didnt go back with the company that did the first phase?
Poor planning on your part doesn’t necessarily constitute an emergency on my part.

Correct this job is the Bullhead Junior High School.
The pictures are from not one but two previous retro's ( Carrier and Rudd equipment) How the heck do you bid against work like this?

We have an office in Lake Havasu and Fort Mohave (Bullhead). I have been in the area for seventeen years so not too much surprises me.

One of the contractor’s that installed this classic job is already out of business.

Its only going to get worse with the economy the way it is. Ductboard will be making a comeback. "Do your best tape the rest" Maryland is notorius for the side job bandits.

Ah, Bullhead City. Have yet to do any HVAC up there.

Around here (Phoenix) I don't think they pull permits for new installs either.
