We lost the first phase of unit replacements last year for the local school district and we were called out this past week for the next phase.Boy was I surprised when I got to the roof!
So I leave heading down the road shaking my head when i look up and see this job on the main highway

That's just nasty. I thought most school districts were pretty good about inspecting what they spend your money on.
They should have to re-do it or refund the money. That screw holding that up will shear off. Using jack stands would have somehow been more professional.
