    Encore Computer Systems Controlling Racks

    Any one know where i could get info on these computer systems. From what techs are telling me that this is the system the old grand unions used to use and i cant get any info about these systems any help will be grately appriciated .

    Back when I was with AAA I saw a few of them.
    Aire Serv of SW Connecticut- Gas heat, dual fuel and central a/c systems installed and serviced

    My Company Sells Replacement Encore Computers to AAA

    There are a few stores using them. Grand Unions, Stop & Shop.

    Do your company have info on the system? Users manuals,progaming info,anything??? Do your company have a contact #?

    Unfortunatly, User manuals are non existant, Encore has not been supported officially since the late 90's...
    Most stores keep their own backup now a days... All we offer is replacement computers and Input / Output Boards... You have to have a backup copy of the program to be able to push it back.
