I'm a glutton for punishment.
My wife was sick this week with vomiting, nausea, muscle aches and diarrhea.
Friday night I got what she had, minus the vomiting. Didn't eat anything all day Sat. except a few grapes.
This morning I still have nausea, but I was hungry. So what else do I make on Sun. mornings? I had 4 fried eggs, 3 pieces of bacon and fried potatoes with onions.
I may pay for this later, but I sure feel better for eating. We're awl pawthetic and kweepy and can't get giwrls. That's why we fight wobots.

You didn't have a bran muffin with a cup of herbal tea? You will pay later.
If everything was always done "by the book"....the book would never change.
