gks if you are looking for the cheapest (i am selling this house in 2 yrs and dont care about the furnace) 90+ furnace
95 is much better but thats already been stated

Pros – it will do what it supposed with a professional installation which is heat your house.
Cons – You should be able to get a 95% furnace for almost nothing more with rebate and tax credit.
