If Bryant and Carrier use the same software versioning then I'm willing to bet you are right. I'll look tonight when I go home. I also noticed from your other post that you have a -B controller, as do I. I don't know what leverage I have with the dealer to upgrade me if it is a software bug. Are there any Bryant dealers out there that can tell me if Bryant considers this issue the equivalent of the auto manufacturer's service bulletin, which means they fix it for free when asked? The unit is only one month old.
