    Such a shame to build an expensive home and shortchange yourself on mediocre HVAC equipment. Certainly I would seek out a second opinion from an unbiased resource in your area.

    Another home owner chooses base equipment. I bet you have marble counters and cherry cabinets! At least they are pretty!
