Hello all my name is brain im a service tech in the Chicago land area.
I work for a small company that only services restaurant's. And not GCS,
Sorry dan lol. But we do share some accounts with them for the hot side but we still do that at some locations. I specialize in refrigeration mostly but do every thing that pertain to food making and storage and of course ice making gota love them Hozi's that have not been cleaned in 2 years and there is more slime in the tank than it can hold water
well hope i have fun on this site and mabie lend a hand now and then and make a few friends. later
