    Replacing MP580 with competition

    The thought popped into my head about the ability to replace a Trane device with another brand and be able to bring it into Summit somehow. Can this be done? I've got some Really stupid programming that need to be completely redone.

    How? Is there some literature on how it's done? What kind of device does it have to be (lon/bac)?

    If you only need to redo the programming, why change the controller just reprogram it.
