That sounds good. Deep fried Oreos.
I'll have to try that one too. I need to make sure about the oils I use and the right temp. Got a few recipes so far, but I guess it'll be trial and error until I get what I want.
    "Off the hook". LOL

My doctor gave me six months to live, but when I couldn't pay the bill he gave me six months more.

Thumbs up Fried Twinkies~ that's Old News

DALLAS — The State Fair of Texas won't begin until September 28, but they've already released their list of new food creations; six out of seven are deep-fried.

Deep Fried Latte. Fried pastry, cappuccino ice cream, caramel sauce, whipped cream, and instant coffee powder.
Fried Cookie Dough. Chilled cookie dough, battered and fried.
Fried Guacamole Bites. Scoop of guacamole, breaded and fried, served with ranch dressing or salsa.
Country Pride Peach Cobbler on a Stick. Peach cobbler with dumplings rolled in pastry dough and fried, covered in brown sugar and cinnamon, and skewered.
Fernie's Fried Chili Frito Burrito. Chili and Fritos inside flour tortilla, fried and topped with choice of cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, jalapeños, sour cream, hot sauce, and onions.
B.W.'s Original Fried Banana Pudding. Banana pudding inside fried tortilla, topped with whipped cream and powdered sugar or cinnamon.
Mama's Fried Sweet Potato Pie. Pie filling inside flour tortilla, fried and topped with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Other State Fair "treats" in past years have included chocolate-covered frozen Key Lime Pie and last year's big winner, Fried Coke.

    We fry everything in Texas!
Including Fletcher's Corny Dogs since 1942

optional idea, get some Plantain or somewhat green banannas. Slice with cheese cutter (wire and handle) to 1/4". fry til slightly brown and crisp. top with ice or whipped cream and a drizzle of fruit sauce. I preffer apple.Wife likes the chocolate topping. use a few " planks" and make a gormet bananna split.

Plantanes are great. I had my fill of them both sweet and with beans and rice when I went to Miami.
Those Cuban women know how to feed a man.
I loved Miami. I speak Italian, so all the Cuban women were really nice to me.
