As seen on 20/20 tonight.
http://www.dumblaws.com/
"From Publishers Weekly: In Utah, first cousins can marry, but only after they're 65 years old. Training a bear to wrestle is a felony in Alabama. In Delaware it's illegal to sell perfume as a drink. Seventeen-year-olds Jeff Koon and Andy Powell collect these and other wacky laws in You May Not Tie an Alligator to a Fire Hydrant: 101 Real Dumb Laws. Some of the laws show compassion (in Florida's Jupiter Colony Inlet, you can't launch missiles at birds), while others are just plain bizarre (in Oklahoma, hamburgers purchased on Sunday can only be eaten in the restaurant)."

My 2 cents
All laws should have an expiration date. If th proves to be so great, then the PEOPLE should vote to make it permanent, not the polititions and lawyers deciding what is best for you and me.
All polititions should have a limit of time to SERVE their constituants.
I think it is JUST TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE.
We the people should elect ALL NEW Representatives and Senators in the next 6 years. Those who dance, appear insane to those who do not hear the music.
Those who believe, appear ignorant to those who do not know God.

I always have thought that elected positions were a public service so why do these people keep giving themselves raises?? I know becouse they can right! most make more money than most people I know and who pays for this? "us" they wouldn't have it any other way.our tax dollars at work once again.
