Great Day for beer can chicken.

Fall is in the air. Colors are peak. I'm going to start the bird around 2. Should be ready for kick off when The Patriots will beat Dallas.

I already made a big bowl of sauteed onion, fresh herbs, tomatoes, pepers, garlic and orso.

The War Dept. is making her fameous red cabbage. Some of the kids are coming over. 12 noon, I just opened my first beer. Have a great day.

Bone-in pork loin roast on the rotisserie here. Mashed taters and baby peas!

The Patriots won!! and the chicken came out great. I used Key's injection sauces recipe. But I didn't have any tomato juice so I used apple cider.
