I hope everyones Tuesday is going well. I too am looking for a copy of the WINCIS or Datamate. I will be running it on WINXP and just need a tool to change some duplicate addresses on a couple of trunks.

Hi everybody

I just install the TEC Unit Vent Controller P/N 540-509, unfortunately the TEC can't communicate with BMS
Here data collected from the field.

The TEC on the field configured as follows:
DO8 as START/STOP
DI2 as AIRFLOW STATUS
DI4 terminal no. 21-22 JUMPERED
AO2 as MOTORIZED VALVE MOTOR

With this configuration, which application used?
How can I program the TEC?

Software to monitoring the TEC is INSIGHT ver 3.1
On the monitor displayed point details as follows:
Point Name : CA1L
Point Type : LD0
Descriptor : C AHU1 LT LG

Can I program the TEC using INSIGHT?
But I can't find any menu used for programming

Current Information

Value :ON
Status :FAILED
Priority :NONE
Total :.......hours

Physical Address
DO : 00511150


Please send me copy of software to program the TEC
Do this physical address indicate the address that should be programmed?

What is the work around for a laptop that does not have a native serial port for CIS20?
Does anyone know? I got a new laptop and they don't offer one with a serial port. So everytime I try to use CIS it gives me an error. Any Ideas?

You need an USB-to-Serial Comm Port cable.

I'd love a copy of Datamate or CIS if anyone has them. I know this is an old post, but thank you! If I get them I will post them on Download.com so anyone can find them.
