Need help with age and tonnage of old Carrier A/C's

I have a commercial building with three large 3-phase rooftop Carrier A/C units. I know that the units are old, I was hoping someone could help me determine HOW old the units are, and what is their respective tonnage?
    Unit # 1 Serial # J497930, Mod. # 50DD016400EA
    Unit # 2 Serial # K408587, Mod. # 50DA008410
    Unit # 3 Serial # F496342, Mod. # 50DQ016400

Are these heat pumps, or are they electric heat?
Thank you for any help you can provide.
    Regards,
    Michael

    A-M = Jan-Dec 1969-1979
    N-Z = Jan-Dec 1980-1990

the first letter lands those in the 70's, the number following is the exact year. so those were born in 1974. i'm not sure about the model numbers but those things are 33 years old and i'd invest in dynamite.

Serial #'s seem to be covered, model #'s are Pkg AC/Elec heat I think, #1 & #3 are 15 ton rated and #2 is 7.5 ton rated, all are 208 VAC 3-phase.

#1 & #2 are cool only RTU'S with optional electric heat. #3 is a heat pump RTU, although it could have supplemental electric heat strips installed
