How'd they get this Barber Colman to work in AX?

I was looking at a Barber Colman integration and the container for the PEM had the shadow objects. The occupancy input is EMSDV1 but there were no links to it so I thought it must not be cycling. I changed the schedule and the pem turned off and on. How is this working if there is no link from EMSDV1 to the schedule?

EMSDV1 is not the schedule input unless it was programmed that way. A PEM-1 controller is programmable. Not as versatile as a MZ-2 and with less blocks, and some inputs are of specific type unlike a MZ-2, but it is all programmable. They don't have canned apps, or at least I never used them if they were available. There is another input cycling the unit. It could also be happening thru a SGRP or SGRP2 block.

It is definitely EMSDV1 and it definitely changes with the schedule even though there are no links on it.

I'm not sure how to change RGRP things either. I don't see an SGRP anywhere.
